Chad Wolf
Chad Wolf is the managing member of Wolf Vespasiano LLC and focuses his practice exclusively on New Jersey real estate tax appeals. His work includes trial- and appellate-level matters involving complex valuation disputes and high-value commercial properties. Chad represents a wide range of property owners, including large institutional clients and Fortune 500 companies, and has been responsible for securing multiple multi-million-dollar tax appeal resolutions.
Prior to forming Wolf Vespasiano LLC, Chad practiced for several years as a senior associate handling property tax appeals throughout New Jersey. In 2020, he played a central role in overseeing the merger that formed the current firm. His experience spans commercial, industrial, and income-producing properties, and he regularly works with valuation experts, municipal professionals, and taxing authorities across the state.
Chad earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as an associate editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree from Sarah Lawrence College, graduating with honors.
Chad lives in New Jersey and practices statewide.
